Lukas, congrats on 100 recipes! Your newsletter is one I always open and read word for word each time it comes out. Thank you for all the love you put into it. And now I can send people to the Tofu & Tempeh section of the Recipe Index whenever they ask me how to make these foods delicious.

Just wanted to say that you are such a generous cook! Thank you! I love your postings. Do you have a good source for wild rice? Thanks.

That's so kind of you to say, Susan! I don't have a preferred brand for wild rice -- it seems to come primarily from Minnesota and California, and both have been great in my experience.

Thank you for the cooking inspo this week and in your archive. I’m in Minnesota and wild rice is an autumn standard, but a cold salad is a great idea!!

Also I really appreciate the shoutouts to other Substack writers. The dishwasher article link was incorrect but I found it: https://open.substack.com/pub/swethasivakumar/p/why-running-a-dishwasher-even-twice?r=77do0&utm_medium=ios
