Sounds delicious. My spouse and I are now of that age where more protein is recommended, and I'd prefer to focus on less processed vegan options, so this sounds like it could be a great option. What do you think about the plant-based Greek yogurt options?
I haven't tried it but can't imagine there'd be any issue using it here! Just make sure it's plain flavor, and know that the protein counts might be different.
Definitely another winner! Love the roasted Quinoa & the tahini "Schmier" - and the sprinkles, too! Similar to my Dukkah, except I don't have that fancy Mortar & Pestle ;) I love crunchy toppings! We'll be roasting veg tomorrow! Thanks for the inspiration.
I'm so sorry- it's very frustrating, and I've written to them numerous times. In their last reply, they told me not to expect anything to change soon, because it's not a high priority. I'm working on coming up with some kind of workaround.
This is just what I needed right now. Thanks, Lukas!

Me and some of my friends have been looking for specific ways to boost protein. This is very helpful and it looks delicious!
So glad to hear

Love how simply you break it all down!
What has changed at Substack? I haven’t been able to download and save the last 2 pdf files.

Can't download the recipe and I'm a paid subscriber. I was able to download the previous post's recipe (artichoke one). I use Safari. Any ideas?
Looking into it! This has been a very annoying substack issue… hopefully I can get them to resolve it.
Totally up my alley!!!! That’s my style in the kitchen https://www.makepurethyheart.com
