These were great. We only made 6 but that was the right size for our buns!

I subscribed because I had to have this recipe. It was even better than I imagined. We had them two nights in a row and I could have kept going.

Are they high in saturated fat?

What's the sauce that you put on the burgers?! It looks divine!

Thanks for the recipe, Lukas!

I needed something for me while the house omnivores had butter chicken and rice so I knocked a batch of these up to have with salad. I’m going to freeze some for the next time I need a vegetarian meal while they have chicken.

I cooked the burgers in the air fry on the “bake” setting for 22 minutes. They were a little bit dry, so I might add another egg and a splash of oil to compensate for the drying effect of the air fryer. I went fairly heavy handed on the harissa because I love it.

Definitely a keeper of a recipe. I’m grateful for a new plant-based patty for when energy is low but hunger is high. Cheers!

Awesome, now I know where to get halloumi in the U.S., thanks! How long would you bake mini versions of these burgers (walnut sized)?
