I've only ever had overnight oats this way -- but I love how the chia seeds kind of convince you it's a chia pudding.

I was also slow to warm up to the cold oat treatment. But now I love having batches put up for busy days. Thanks for this stellar recipe Lukas, and thanks for the mention!

Amazing! I’m going to Arizona again to see my mom and will email them - I wonder if they do any tours? I visited a small grainery in Scotland and have been fascinated since!
