Hello Family Friend Subscribers,

This is my quarterly tri-annual recipe round-up for paying subscribers, in which I collect the recipes I’ve been sharing with you from the past four months so that they’re all in one easy-to-print document. While it’s becoming old school, I still prefer cooking from a book or a sheet of paper over my iPhone, and maybe you do, too, so I hope you see some value in it.

Going over these recipes, I was pleased to see a proper range of dish types, with breakfasts, salads, mains, and snacks getting equal representation. But one thing was missing — dessert — and I had to fix it.

As if a cosmic reminder that galette season is approaching, a number of people have recently written to me sharing the success they’ve had with the Fruit Galette in my book Start Simple. So I decided to share that in this recipe bundle, too.
