Today, I’m focusing on protein at breakfast. I think we all grasp the value of a nourishing meal to start a busy day. Prioritizing protein at the first meal just seems to set things on the right track for me, and helps ensure that I’m not hungry too soon after eating.
Below are some of my favorite high-protein breakfasts, plus methods for upping the protein in familiar breakfast foods. And at the bottom of the post I’m including a new recipe for Savory Protein Muffins, a delicious cross between an egg bite and a muffin, designed with busy mornings in mind.
