We recently rediscovered bagels & EBS but were dismayed at how much of the seasoning ended up on the counter, the bag, and the bottom of the toaster. Can you reassure me it will stick better to tofu?

Things are moist and the oil and arrowroot form a batter, so it does stick quite well! But it’s important to be thorough when doing the dredging.
